Pregnancy is an amazing journey filled with excitement and emotions. During this special time, it’s important to take care of both you and your baby. That’s why prenatal check-up is so important to us. At Babynova, we believe in providing the best possible care for you, and your growing baby.
With regular check-ups, we can monitor your health and your baby’s development, and catch any potential problems early on. You’ll also have the opportunity to ask questions, and get advice on how you can take care of yourself and your baby during pregnancy.
We’re here to support you every step of the way. That’s why we’re ready to create your personalized prenatal care.
Babynova’s pregnancy follow-up plan
Our prenatal check-up plan is divided into three stages, each of which is designed to ensure the well-being of you and your baby.
Through a series of ultrasounds, examinations and tests, we offer you a comprehensive follow-up throughout your pregnancy.
- First trimester: establishing the groundwork for a healthy pregnancy
In these first few weeks, we’ll conduct a thorough evaluation of your health and your baby’s development. Through ultrasounds like the nuchal translucency scan, Doppler ultrasound, and cervical length measurement, we’ll check on your baby’s growth and your overall health.
We’ll also perform blood tests to screen for potential genetic conditions and infections. This includes tests for markers like PAPP-A and hCG, as well as a screening for chromosomal abnormalities using your blood. Additionally, we’ll run a complete blood count and check for infections like toxoplasmosis and rubella.
- Second trimester: checking on your baby
At this stage of the process, we perform a detailed ultrasound to observe your baby’s growth and development, as well as to detect possible malformations. We also continue to monitor your health through blood tests and uterine artery Doppler ultrasounds.
- Third trimester: getting ready for the big meeting
As the big day approaches, medical check-ups become more frequent. We perform regular ultrasounds to closely monitor your baby’s growth and well-being and assess placental maturity.
In addition, we do some routine tests, such as a complete blood count, tests for infections such as HIV and strep, and a glucose tolerance test to rule out gestational diabetes.
With this information, we ensure that you and your baby are healthy and prepared for delivery.
